The Superfry Takeaway is a family run business established by brothers Luciano and Mauro Crolla with the help from father Umberto Crolla who has been in the fish and chip business since 1976.

Superfry at Gullane opened October 2007 and was instantly recognised as a quality takeaway and enjoyed by the local people of Gullane and further afar in East Lothian, not forgetting the many visitors who visit the splendid golf courses and popular beach at Gullane.

In March 2014 Luciano and Mauro decided to open a second branch at Longniddry to be able to offer there services to a wider area of East Lothian and also offering Home Delivery service seven days a week.
